Biomy name is nikita. im 16 & live in the UK. i love 2 hang out with m8s, but my ed sumtimes gets in the way of that, even though ive only had it since june 2007. it started by me trying out eating less to see if it helped me sleep. i have trouble sleeping & i found that eating less helped me 2 sleep well. so i got into lowering my calorie intake & it helped with my sleep, but hasnt helped with lectures from my mum!
